The annual Performance Partnership process provides an opportunity for staff members to highlight the notable achievements and successes they accomplished over the previous year. It is also an ideal time for each staff member to share with their supervisors the aspirations they have for their own career development and the steps they have identified that will assist them in achieving their future goals.
